Controller system-property disclosure via unrestricted remoting callable
Published Oct 19, 2022 · Updated May 8, 2025
Information disclosure in Jenkins Compuware Topaz Utilities Plugin 1.0.8 and earlier allows attackers to read controller system properties. RemoteSystemProperties implements a generic remoting Callable whose empty checkRoles method permits controller execution and returns System.getProperties(). Control of an agent process and Jenkins 2.318 and earlier or LTS 2.303.2 and earlier are required; exposure is limited to Java system-property values.
