Credential theft via unchecked connection endpoints

Missing authorization in Jenkins Katalon Plugin 1.0.32 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to capture stored Jenkins credentials. Several HTTP endpoints accept an attacker-controlled destination URL and a separately obtained credentials ID, then initiate an outbound connection without checking the caller's permission. Overall/Read permission and advance knowledge of a valid credentials ID are required; successful exploitation discloses the selected secret to the attacker's endpoint.
