Member balance modification via forged recharge request

Cross-site request forgery in EyouCMS 1.5.9-UTF8-SP1 allows remote attackers to alter a member's balance through an administrator's browser. The Edit Member Top Up Balance action accepts a forged recharge request without verifying that the authenticated administrator intentionally submitted it. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active backend session to open attacker-prepared HTML, after which the request increases the chosen member balance.
