Privilege escalation in Intelbras SG 2404 MR 20180928-rel64938 allows remote authenticated users to create Administrator accounts. The /userRpm/UserManageRpm.htm handler accepts a guest session token in tid and processes type=add with usertype=1 without enforcing the administrator-only authorization boundary. A guest account is required; successful exploitation creates a new administrator credential with full switch-management access.
