Service crash via promise reaction job

Nginx NJS 0.7.4 contains a disputed denial-of-service flaw allowing remote attackers to interrupt service via njs_promise_reaction_job. The promise reaction job can trigger a segmentation violation when processing crafted Promise behavior, but the vendor states that NJS executes trusted JavaScript rather than untrusted input. Exploitation therefore requires a deployment that permits attacker-influenced JavaScript to reach this function; the reported consequence is a process crash without confidentiality or integrity impact.
