Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized productId
Published Oct 28, 2022 · Updated May 7, 2025
SQL injection in Canteen Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via a crafted productId. The fetchSelectedfood.php endpoint processes productId without neutralizing SQL syntax, so a UNION SELECT payload changes the query and returns database content. A valid high-privilege session is required, and exploitation is bounded by the application's database permissions.
