Decoder crash via out-of-bounds motion-compensation read

Heap-buffer overflow in libde265 1.0.8 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the decoder via a crafted H.265 video bitstream. During inter-frame luma prediction, put_qpel_fallback reads a two-byte sample 112 bytes beyond an allocated image buffer. A user or automated system must process the file; the published proof of concept terminates the AddressSanitizer-instrumented decoder.
