Authenticated database disclosure via appointment id injection

SQL injection in Online Diagnostic Lab Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through the appointment id. The appointment-view route accepts a crafted id value that changes the backend SQL query, and a UNION SELECT payload returns database metadata. A valid application session is required; the published proof demonstrates disclosure of the database name rather than code execution.
