CVE-2022-43192Public exploit

Code execution via incomplete PHP upload filtering

Published Nov 17, 2022 · Updated Apr 29, 2025

Arbitrary file upload in DedeCMS 5.7.101 allows local users with administrative access to execute code through a crafted PHP file. The uploadsafe.inc.php filter rejects direct function calls only when its regular expression finds a trailing semicolon, so split function names followed by a PHP closing tag evade inspection. Backend access and permission to use file_manage_control.php are required; the uploaded PHP executes when its URL is requested.
