Authenticated script execution via unsanitized holiday names

Stored XSS in Rukovoditel 3.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary scripts in other users' browsers via holiday names. The Holidays save handler stores the submitted Name value and later renders it in an HTML response without neutralizing script markup. A valid account and another user's viewing of the saved holiday are required, exposing data and actions available to that user's web session.
