Rukovoditel 3.2.1 stored cross-site scripting allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via a crafted Global Entities Name field. The Global Entities Add New Entity handler stores the Name parameter without effective output neutralization, causing the payload to execute when the entity is rendered. Exploitation requires an authenticated account and a victim to load the affected page; the consequence is script execution in that victim browser context with potential data access or page alteration.
