Converter crash via out-of-bounds group traversal

Heap-buffer over-read in rtf2html 0.2.0 allows attackers to crash the converter by processing a crafted RTF document. The skip_group template in rtf_tools.h traverses an RTF group and dereferences an iterator after it reaches the heap buffer's end. Exploitation requires user interaction; the demonstrated consequence is an AddressSanitizer-detected abort, with no sourced code execution or data disclosure.
