Cross-user repository access via invalid root path

Improper privilege management in IKUS Software Rdiffweb before 2.5.2 allows remote authenticated users to access other repositories. RdiffRepo normalizes a repository path joined to an empty or relative user_root, allowing that path to escape the intended per-user root. A misconfigured account root exposes repository settings, logs, history, files, and deletion functions beyond the account boundary.
