Credential disclosure via cleartext account configuration

Cleartext credential storage in ARC Informatique PcVue 8.10 through 15.2.3 allows local users to read SMTP credentials and SIM PINs. Email and SMS account configuration files store those sensitive values without protection against readable disclosure. Local PcVue authentication and access to the project files are required; disclosure permits unauthorized access to the linked email account and SIM card.
