Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized Address parameter

Command injection in D-Link DIR-823G 1.0.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands through a crafted HNAP1 request. The SetNetworkTomographySettings handler stores the unvalidated Address value, and GetNetworkTomographyResult interpolates it into a ping command passed to system(). Network access to the unauthenticated HNAP1 endpoint is sufficient, granting command execution with the router service's privileges.
