User deletion via unprotected subscriber-management request

Cross-site request forgery in HappyMonster Subscribe2 before 10.38 allows attackers to make an administrator delete arbitrary users. The s2_tools registered-subscriber action accepts delete and subscriber email parameters without a CSRF token check. A logged-in administrator must open the crafted request, and the administrator account making the request cannot be deleted.
