Stored XSS via unneutralized vehicle name
Published Nov 1, 2022 · Updated May 5, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in Vehicle Booking System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in another user's browser. The admin-add-vehicle.php handler accepts a crafted v_name value and renders it without neutralizing executable HTML or script content. Administrative privileges are required to submit the payload, and a separate user must view the affected content, enabling browser-context data access or modification.
