Arbitrary file upload in Vehicle Booking System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through admin-add-vehicle.php. The v_dpic vehicle-photo field accepts a .php filename labeled image/jpeg and makes the uploaded script executable. Administrative access to Add Vehicle is required, after which the script runs in the web server's security context.
