Browser script execution via unneutralized cmddept input
Published Nov 1, 2022 · Updated May 5, 2025
Reflected cross-site scripting in Train Scheduler App 1.0 allows remote attackers to run arbitrary script in a victim's browser. The /admin/add-fee.php endpoint returns a crafted cmddept request-body value as executable script or HTML without neutralization. Exploitation requires a victim to load attacker-crafted content; the script then runs in the affected site's browser origin and can read or alter browser-accessible data.
