SQL injection via appointment id

Online Diagnostic Lab Management System v1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute SQL through the appointment-deletion endpoint. The delete_appointment handler at /classes/Master.php?f=delete_appointment passes the request id parameter into SQL command processing without adequate neutralization. Exploitation requires access accepted by the web application and can expose, modify, or delete database contents.
