Process crash via invalid BIFS time-offset read

Out-of-bounds read in GPAC 2.1-DEV-rev368-gfd054169b-master allows local users to crash MP4Box via a crafted BIFS scene. BD_CheckSFTimeOffset in bifs/field_decode.c reads an invalid near-null address while decoding the scene's time-offset field. Execution requires user interaction to process the crafted media file through MP4Box's scene-dump path, and the demonstrated consequence is process termination.
