Cross-site request forgery in DedeCMS 6.1.9 allows remote attackers to add administrator accounts or change administrator passwords. The administrator-account request handler accepts a security authentication string without verifying that it matches the value issued in the page. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to visit attacker-controlled content, which submits the forged state-changing request with the victim's session.
