Unauthenticated login-lockout bypass via spoofed IP headers

IP address spoofing in Arshid WP Limit Login Attempts 2.6.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass login lockouts via HTTP headers. The plugin's IP-selection logic trusts client-supplied proxy headers before PHP's REMOTE_ADDR, so a request replaces the address used for rate-limit tracking. An unauthenticated attacker can rotate the apparent source address after a block and continue password guesses against the login form.
