Authenticated script execution via unencoded email reflection

Reflected XSS in OpenCATS 0.9.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser via the Check Email email parameter. The checkEmailIsInSystem action returns the email value as executable markup instead of encoding it for an HTML response. A valid account and user interaction are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled JavaScript in the victim's browser context.
