Database access via recipient-search SQL injection
Published Nov 14, 2022 · Updated Apr 30, 2025
SQL injection in WoWonder Social Network Platform 4.1.4 allows remote attackers to access its database through recipient search requests. The requests.php recipient-search handler uses an unneutralized request parameter in an SQL query; the CVE names offset, while the referenced research names query. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful injection exposes database data and can interrupt the service.
