UDP amplification via unauthenticated sourcetable responses

Missing authentication in BKG Professional NtripCaster 2.0.39 and earlier allows remote attackers to amplify UDP traffic via sourcetable requests. The caster's UDP request handler returns the NTRIP sourcetable, typically tens of kilobytes, for an unauthenticated 30-byte request. No credentials or user interaction are required, and repeated small requests elicit disproportionate replies that can consume a victim's network capacity.
