SYSTEM privilege escalation via writable Tomcat webroot

Incorrect permissions in Easy UPS Online Monitoring Software allow local users to gain SYSTEM privileges through the Tomcat webroot. The Windows installation grants Authenticated Users write access to a webroot served by a Tomcat process running as SYSTEM, so a user can add and execute a crafted JSP file. Any locally authenticated account can exploit the directory ACL to execute commands with full system privileges.
