Information disclosure via unchecked TGA decoder bounds

Out-of-bounds read in Autodesk Design Review 2018 and earlier allows remote attackers to disclose process memory via a crafted TGA file. The DesignReview.exe TGA decoder performs an out-of-bounds memory read because its bounds check does not reject malformed TGA data. The target must open the crafted file; the flaw alone exposes memory, while chaining it with other flaws enables code execution in the current process.
