The XPCOMService_GetThirdPartyUtil getter initializes a deprecated, inherently non-thread-safe service from simultaneous Worker threads. Accessing the caches global in two Workers is required; Mozilla found the race difficult to reproduce and did not disclose a concrete consequence.
