Authenticated database disclosure via dyn_filter SQL injection

SQL injection in Forma LMS 3.0.1 through 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read the entire database through dyn_filter. The getusertabledata route in appLms/ajax.adm_server.php passes the attacker-controlled dyn_filter parameter into a database query without adequate SQL neutralization. A student account is sufficient, and the demonstrated consequence is database disclosure rather than administrative code execution.
