Service crash via TLS record header over-read

Out-of-bounds read in wolfSSL before 5.5.2 allows remote attackers to crash callback-enabled TLS 1.3 servers via crafted records. The TLS record-header parser reads five bytes past a heap buffer when a malicious client reaches instrumentation compiled with WOLFSSL_CALLBACKS. Only explicitly callback-enabled builds are exposed; this debug-only option is not activated by any other build setting.
