Information disclosure in ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus 11000 through 11024 allows local users to access portal-owner personal data. Global Settings APIs return portal-owner records without checking whether the caller holds the Organization Administrator role. Requester or technician access is sufficient to disclose names, email addresses, and other portal-owner details; no modification or service interruption is reported.
