Path traversal in Siemens Healthineers syngo Dynamics before VA40G HF01 allows remote attackers to list server directories. An application-server web-service operation applies improper write access control to relative paths, exposing listings outside the intended directory. The service requires no authentication but is intended only for trusted nodes, and exposure is limited to folders accessible to the website application-pool account.
