Authenticated credential disclosure via unmasked integration fields

Information exposure in affected GitLab 15.3, 15.8, and 15.9 releases allows remote authenticated users to read Google IAP credentials. The Prometheus integration renders inherited Google IAP client identifiers and service-account JSON without masking them in instance, group, or project settings. A signed-in user who can create or access a project can open the integration settings and recover credentials configured at a parent scope, exposing the associated IAP account.
