Kernel crash via improperly locked camera memory

Memory corruption in the Unisoc camera driver on listed chipsets running Android 10 through 12 allows local users to crash the kernel. The driver improperly synchronizes memory access, permitting an out-of-bounds read during concurrent camera operations.
