Buffer over-read in UNISOC WLAN firmware on affected chipsets running Android 10 through 12 allows local users to interrupt WLAN services. The driver reads beyond a buffer because it fails to check bounds, but UNISOC has not identified the affected function or input. Published assessments disagree on the gate: UNISOC reports user interaction without privileges, while NVD reports low privileges without interaction.
