Unauthorized device registration via reusable FIDO2 challenge

Capture-replay in django-mfa2 before 2.5.1 and 2.6.x before 2.6.1 allows remote attackers to register another FIDO2 device for a user. The complete_reg function in mfa/FIDO2.py passes the session's fido_state to register_complete without consuming it, leaving the registration challenge reusable. Replaying a valid registration response can therefore attach an unauthorized authenticator to the targeted account.
