Unauthenticated browser script execution via badge background

Stored XSS in Nice Linear eMerge E3-Series devices allows remote attackers to execute scripts in a user's browser through badge data. The unauthenticated badging/person_funct.php endpoint accepts an XML background value containing markup, stores it as a timestamped image, and badge_template_print.php renders that file through the tpl parameter without neutralizing the script. No login is required to plant the payload, but execution requires a user to open the crafted badge template; the script then acts only within that user's browser context.
