Agent-browser script execution via unsanitized usernames

Cross-site scripting in osTicket before 1.16.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an agent's browser via a username. User update and registration paths store username input without sanitization, and staff templates render it without HTML escaping. A user account and an agent who opens the User Lookup AJAX response are required; the script runs with the agent's browser privileges.
