Remote information disclosure via unchecked SMS length

Out-of-bounds read in the Android kernel SMS parser allows remote attackers to disclose information through a crafted SMS without user interaction. The sms_GetTpUdlIe function in sms_PduCodec.c reads beyond the supplied buffer because it fails to validate the TP-UDL information-element length. Remote attackers need no privileges or user interaction to reach the modem path; the published consequence is limited to information disclosure.
