Forced browsing in IBM Cloud Pak for Multicloud Management Monitoring 2.0 through 2.3 Fix Pack 5 grants remote authenticated users admin access. The web interface accepts direct requests for administrative URL paths without consistently enforcing role authorization. A non-admin account and knowledge of a protected path are sufficient to invoke functions with administrative authority.
