Host denial of service via unbounded regions

Resource exhaustion in Xen 4.11 through 4.17 allows attackers controlling HVM guests to cause host-wide denial of service via cache controls. The cacheability-control interface accepts an unbounded number of pinned cache-attribute regions, allowing host resources to be exhausted. Exposure is limited to x86 systems where a stub-domain or deprivileged Dom0 device model controls an HVM guest, and exploitation can stall or exhaust the entire host.
