Guest-triggered Xenstore crash via XS_RELEASE handling

Denial of service in Xen 4.17 allows guest OS users to crash C xenstored by triggering an XS_RELEASE operation during soft reset. The C daemon crashes while processing the XS_RELEASE request that libxl emits after a guest soft reset; the vendor does not further describe the faulty state transition. The affected host must use C xenstored and a non-PV-only guest configuration, and a successful crash prevents further guest or resource administration.
