Denial of service via stale transaction accounting

Denial of service in Xen 4.9 and later allows guest OS users to exhaust xenstored memory through create-delete transactions. At transaction finalization, deletion of a newly created node raises an error after partial execution, leaving node accounting unchanged. The flaw requires a malicious guest and the C Xenstore implementation; memory exhaustion blocks new guests and configuration changes to running guests.
