Service hang via truncated xenstore ring integer

Integer truncation in all Xen versions allows guest OS users to hang 32-bit oxenstored with a crafted xenstore-ring packet. The OCaml Xenbus library casts a ring-supplied C uint32_t directly to a 31-bit OCaml integer, producing a negative value and an unhandled exception that repeatedly fails to remove the packet. Only 32-bit OCaml oxenstored builds are affected; 64-bit oxenstored and C xenstored are not, and the resulting busy loop interrupts xenstore service.
