Guest-triggered xenstored interruption via retained memory

Resource exhaustion in Xen allows guest OS users to interrupt xenstored by withholding reads of completed request responses. The C xenstored and xenstore-stubdom variants retain temporary request memory until a guest reads each response from the ring page, allowing allocations to accumulate. The affected range starts at Xen 4.9 and requires C Xenstore; exhaustion prevents new guest creation and configuration changes to running guests.
