Service interruption via unbounded transaction node allocation

Resource exhaustion in Xen xenstored in all versions allows guest OS users to interrupt Xenstore through transaction node allocation. Xenstored permits each guest to fill many concurrent transactions with the maximum allowed number and size of nodes, retaining excessive memory. An unprivileged guest can exhaust daemon memory, preventing new guest creation and configuration changes for running guests.

What happened
