Arbitrary file write via registerExplorer path traversal

Path traversal in Veritas NetBackup Primary Server 10.0.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to write files through DiscoveryService. The unauthenticated CORBA registerExplorer call accepts traversal sequences in a path argument and persists discovery records outside the intended directory. Network access to the Primary Server is sufficient, and crafted records can create special NetBackup files used in a broader authentication-bypass chain.
