Data deletion via insecure junction handling

Link-following in NVIDIA GeForce Experience before 3.27.0.112 allows local users to delete data through a compromised installer directory. The installer resolves a linked location in that directory and performs deletion against the resolved target rather than confining the operation to installation files. Exploitation requires a user to launch the installer from the attacker-compromised directory; the attacker does not explicitly control the resulting deletion.
