Username disclosure via IPMI timing oracle

Observable timing discrepancy in the NVIDIA DGX A100 BMC before 00.19.07 allows remote attackers to identify valid BMC usernames. The IPMI handler produces distinguishable oracle responses for candidate usernames instead of handling valid and invalid names uniformly. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the disclosed result is limited to username information rather than password or session access.
